wait a sec, in the artical they say the mans name is david not michael.

David Purdon, who would have celebrated his 23rd birthday Tuesday, drove his Chevrolet truck south on State Highway 360 and then turned west on Debbie Lane before striking a BMW at Burdekin Way.

Waaay too young. Terrible. Is he leaving anyone like a wife, girlfriend, or kids behind? Do we maybe need to set up a memorial fund?

Never met him personally, I don't think, unless it was at the track with my old truck. But I do remember talking to him back in the day. Man you just never know. So sad to hear about Michael.

I don't think he had a girl friend at the time, and no kids. I think everything will be fine as far as money goes, his parents came into some money for some natural gas drilling on their property, so I'm sure that aspect of it is no problem. It is sad though because him and his dad were going to start up some car projects with that money

I drove by his house real quick today and noticed his 68 c10 was missing from the driveway, so that is the truck that he wrecked.
