Scott, & others who knew him, I'm sorry to hear this happened. Its always good when humans make a lasting impression on those around them & open doors that w/o them, they may never had seen otherwise. Thoughts are with family & friends. Appreciate those around you & don't take anything for granted.

wait a sec, in the artical they say the mans name is david not michael.
David Purdon, who would have celebrated his 23rd birthday Tuesday, drove his Chevrolet truck south on State Highway 360 and then turned west on Debbie Lane before striking a BMW at Burdekin Way.

Never met him personally, I don't think, unless it was at the track with my old truck. But I do remember talking to him back in the day. Man you just never know. So sad to hear about Michael.

I drove by his house real quick today and noticed his 68 c10 was missing from the driveway, so that is the truck that he wrecked.
