Default 02 Envoy Upgrades Needed

My buddy just picked up an 02 Envoy with the I6 in it. I'm familiar with what modes work with the LS1 trucks but have no clue what to help him do to his.

I'm thinkin along the lines of engine performance(intake/exhaust) and suspension upgrades (sway bars ect...) as well as any cheap appearance upgrades.

id stay away from jet chips on the trailvoys. They may work fine for a while, but eventually most owners say that they cause more problems then they are worth. Westers would be the way to go. I would go with any intake company u feel comfortable with, they all give u basically the same gains. Borla catback is an option, but its about a 1000 bucks. Theres also bassani and jba for a lot less, but they are only single out while the borla is dual. For sways Hotchkis is tried and true. On lowering kits u have lotta choices as well: djm- 2/4, eibach 1.2/1.5, grounforce 1/3, and belltech 2/3. Thats about it right now, but do check out trailvoy.com theres some very good info for us owners. I myself have a dual intake that i picked up from ebay, custom exhaust dumped at the rear, and Nitrous kit installed. For suspension i have eibach springs in the front and djm drop springs in the rear, b/c djm kit will not work 4x4's. PM me if u any other questions

i would agree with the westers. i have a trailblazer that i was tempted to throw some money into but decided not too. the computer is real finicky from what i have read....(not experienced)

i ended up going with a ebay cai and called it a day.
