Default 1988 s10 blazer injector prob

My brother recently purchased a 88 s10 blazer with the 2.8, problem is, he gets gas to the injectors, but they wont spray, u can manually hotwire and ground the injector, and it will spray like crazy, checked the relays, and fuses, all good. any ideas? thanks

Use a noid light to check for injector pulses. It is possible the ignition module quit, it sends a synch signal to the pcm that it has to see before it will enable the inector driver outputs.

Need to check for spark first and make sure it has it. If not you could have a ignition module or pickup coil in the distributor giving trouble.
