Running it like the above image. I am using 2gauge for my truck. I am going from kill switch to starter and then from starter to the fuse block (I'm not planning on using a distribution block like in the pic). On the return from the alt. I am going straight to the kill switch. Both the supply and return cable have inline fuses for safety. I'll post more pics of everything when I get it 100%.

I spent a few min in the shop soldering the fan wires/plugs on to the harness. No pics because I was in a hurry. As a matter of fact the wife it telling me we need to go as I type this. :/
Tomorrow I get some goodies so I will be out in the shop and I will take some pics.

Exhaust is 95% done. I still need to buy O2 sensors and weld the bungs in and put the turn downs on but that should be easy.

I did some more work on the turd today and got some stuff done but nothing exciting.
I only took a pic of this stuff. $350.00 worth of stuff and the belt is too big so I'll have to take that back.
Here is the list:
Power steering lines on
Filled Power steering
Hooked up the headlights/parking lights
Filled the trans
Filled the motor with oil
Filled the radiator with coolant
Welded in the O2 sensor bungs
Plugged in the O2 sensors

Only pic I took tonight but I have all the wiring done, exhaust done, starter in, and all the lights hooked up. I'm hoping start up this weekend.

I finished up everything to get it going. I still have some odd and ends to finish it up like aftermarket gauges.
Tried to fire it up tonight and I failed. Seems I don't have fuel pressure. I'm looking in to it.
BTW: I am beat and let down by the truck. She has fought me 100% of the time since I tore her down so I wouldn't expect less of her.

Really nice job on the exhaust. I hope your going to have some kind of tail pipe on it, otherwise, it's gonna get loud in the cab. I wish my exhaust would have turned out that simple, and nice.

OK guys and gal's I need to ask a question (although I think I know the answer) about my fuel system. I have the truck ready to go and I turn the key forward to run. I can hear the fuel pump kick on and "prime the system" then kick off like it should. If I do this multiple times I think I can hear the return of fuel in to the tank but I can't be 100%. When I try and start the motor it just cranks. I have yet to have it fire once. I cracked the line at the fuel rail and nothing came out. I know that the air should have came out of the line by now by being pushed out the injector. I have done this on all my other LS motors with no issues. Anyway I hold the line in a bucket and have a friend turn the key on and it "primes" at a low pressure (just runs out in full volume but little pressure). I have him crank it and it continues at the same rate and pressure. I hooked the line back up to the rail and it will not fill the rail. So, it seems I have low fuel pressure for whatever reason and I think everything is hooked up right. Does anyone have advise before I take the bed off and check the pump? I have checked the fuel pump fuse under the hood is there something I am missing?
I am running an Aeromotive 340 and a corvette filter.
I installed the pump just like in this thread:
In-Tank Aeromotive 340 Fuel Pump install (How I'm doing it) - S-10 Forum
pics of the filter:
pics of the rail/ line:
Any help or response welcome because I WILL be pulling the bed tomorrow night if I can't figure this out with your help.

Did you put a gauge on the rail???
I can't see very well whats going on with your fuel filter. Is it 1 side in 1 side out with a return port??? Is the direction of flow correct???
Are you sure the pump lines is hooked up correctly inside the bucket with no leaks or kinks???
Did you verify correct voltage to the pump???
