I flipped the push rod to the bottom of the arm on the disconnect and it looks better on the outside of the truck.

Well it made it 1/2 down the drive and back then I started hearing some noise from my rear. Turns out I did some stupid things while installing the rear gears, trust me I know better and here is a pic.

So I decided to swap to a Ford 8.8 rear out of an explorer. Here are pics of the rear out.

That sucks man. Gonna be a lot stronger though. Hopefully that 8.8 goes under better than mine did.

planning to cut or run full length? let me know if you have any questions on the 8.8 swap. i havent done it yet, but i've researched the hell out of it.

I'm going full length so I don't have to run spacers with my Vette wheels. I think I have it covered but I could use a little help finding the brake fitting. Want to locate one of those for me?
