I am just not using it anymore so, no need to hold onto it...
XM Roady XT w/Car kit AND the optional FM Modulator!!! In such good shape it might as well be brand new...

I'm assuming this is able to be used outside the vehicle like at home. Also, if I have existing XM in my truck, will I need to pay more to have the XM on this unit as well or is it able to be carried over since the unit #'s are different

As for cost/fee's you would just call XM and have them activate this one and deactivate your old one. Should not be any fee's to do that...
