Default 03 4.8 turbo silverado SDPC cam w/MBRP 4" exhaust

Dont bash me too bad, truck is only on 4-5lbs right now until the 80e goes in. 3.42s on 295/40/20's. Truck is full weight and ran a best of 14.008 at 100.8 with a 2.28 60ft. Cant build boost yet at the line. I dont think its bad for small cam and its boost level.

A vid of the exhaust, and some fun on some back roads with the gopro.

Sounds good. Keep dialing it in and the track times will only get better.

Thanks Foose, im sure it will come to life when i turn it up, but its even a fun street truck the way it is. I was actually going to ask you about what you did with your electronic assist brakes. I dont know if it was just 03 that had it, or 04 too. I think the boost is pushing the vaccum out. Did you install a check valve? I figure even now if I was able to build a few pounds on a drag radial, it would be mid 13's easily. Thanks

Good runs man. Turbos aren't as easy to setup as everyone thinks. You see a bunch of trucks on here running well, and dont really realize how much work goes into it. I'm learning that too. Stay with it bud.

Thanks man, yeah I went from crew cab running 12's back to 16's and back down to low 14's lol. I really think when the trans and converter go in, and turn the boost up to 10-12 it should run pretty well. I may take it back one more time with the new 4" exhaust and see if it drops some more before I do anything else. It still has the stock trans, converter, and rear end, so Im pleased at this point.
