Default 1000hp with 4L60e 8.94@154mph

Saw this over on LS1tech. They have the record for the fastest IRS 5th gen in the world with one of the Level 7 4L60e RPM transmissions. They ran 8.943 at 154.5mph.

4000lbs + 1000hp + 4L60e = 8.94@154mph and a new 5th gen record - LS1TECH

Seems like RPM knows how to build a 4L60e to last.

They were biting their nails the entire pass.

"This is a true testament to the abilities of our 4L60/70e transmissions. This transmission has over 70 full passes and many more partial test passes on it with only one minor problem."

Impressive!

Definitely impressive for a 60e. Most of us would rather not be wondering how many passes it lives through, though... I'd prefer to lose count with an 80e

Pretty impressive. Put it on the street and do a few 3-1 wot runs and see how long it will last.
