Thought I would make myself a little vid so I could see what the new belt setup was doing. I made the 8 rib vid last year and just spliced them together. Looks like there is less tensioner travel/belt stretch with the 12 rib. Both belts were revved to around 5500 RPM.

nice video,do you think on a single magnacharger it would make the same difference from 6 rib to 8 rib?

Makes sense to me. Harder to stretch the wider belt. I'm guessing the 12 groove pulleys are one-off, but how did you source the belt?

That's what I was thinking. There are enough of these setups out there. Need to find a 6 rib install and a 8 rib install that are using the same tensioner.

Pulleys were fabricated by Rick at Trick Performance. So far the belt has not budged on the pulleys. Belt was a standard catalogue belt - just looked up what was available prior to having the pulleys fabricated.
