You tuned for the gears already right?
Didn't watch the videos yet but figured I'd ask. I just got mine together today with 4.11's and speedometer is 10-15mph off depending on speed, according to my GPS.
Keep getting some kind of error when I try to change the Ratio in the tune.

yeah I got tuned for them. I have no clue about the tuning, wheatley does that for me. I really wouldn't drive the truck though if it wasn't tuned for the 4.10s. I ran the 4.10s on the 3.42 tune and it didn't feel like my truck was running right. It felt like it was pulling timing or something.

The 4.10s hit a tad harder (higher rpm), but the 3.42s hold out much longer in 2nd. Overall I'm much happier with the 4.10s. All-around a much better gear for my setup.
If you watch the time, 50-100 takes ~11 seconds with the 4.10s and ~11-12second with the 3.42s. So honestly I really don't feel like I lost any highway pull.

4.11s will be great, trust me. It's a lot more fun around town. And seeing as how you have that nasty 2.48 first gear, I think you will really enjoy the 4.10s
I timed it again with an online stopwatch, the 4.10s are about 1/2 second faster than the 3.42s from 50 to 100. Of course, if I did the pull from 60 or 70mph (a more realistic highway speed) the 3.42s probably would have been a second or 2 faster.
