I believe it is only bad if you are on your surge line.

Not sure if the bearing type has anything to do with it, but I could be wrong. From what I understand it reduces the life of the turbine and the blades themselves. Only thing that I know to be bad for bearings is if you surge your turbo accidentally or have improperly sized BOV.

I asked chris from circle D if it would be bad on a converter and he said as long as you dont hold it for to long you will be fine. Im getting my converter from him next week or so and i was just wondering if a 2 step would hurt it and thats what he told me. He did say it would build heat pretty quick if held to long.

how much you pay for the 2 step? should the 2 step make more boost at any rpm vs not having a 2 step at all? im gonna be running a 3200 in my 6.0 i would think the 2 step would probly only go to 3000rpm but ill sure as hell need all the boost of the line i can get with a s480 T-6 1.10 A/R! might add some nitrous too judging by how well your truck is handling all that power!

I bought mine from Summit Racing, those guys love me. Lol. If you use HPTuner use it on a AUX out to control the nitrous based on boost.
