Lol, would be a whole new ball game with some boost. Someone needs to buy my dirt bike so I can make it happen.

Hey if you still ride it, keep it! Trust me. Unless you dont care about letting it go for cheap. Ive got an 05 RMZ450 that has less then 60hrs on it and everything practically new and no one will come close to the 3k im asking for it. Even with the 3k in extras it has.

PS, just do it right the first time and go with a 76mm

76mm front mount kit would be great, the procharger is a nice choice also..

It doesnt look bad at all until you give it the quick jab at the end... then it really shows what its got. Going up hills must make for some fairly high RPM's.

It really takes off pretty well in that second vid though. I have heads en route to my house as we speak...I'll have to make a few new videos myself. Too bad its hot and humid around here already...

Lol, I've been thinking about a trick stage 3 or 4 but I would have to change pretty much everything. New cam, restall the tc to about 3k, 3.73 or 4.10 gears. But would be fun. Or I can get a d1sc and let it rip. Lol

It was 103 today Lol. It was about 75 when I did that vid. I've had a 4.8 0-60 last winter with the 6400 shift points. It should get about a 4.6-7 with some cool air.
What heads are you going with? A nice 3200 torque converter will really help your truck move out.

Yea a better torque converter would make a huge difference for me without a doubt. I wanna do the 80e swap with a 3200+ converter, maybe slightly hgiher to help move out with the longer 1st gear. I may track down some shorter tires for the track to help with that situation as well. If I can get it to move off the line then the closer ratio's of the 80 should really help me out on the big end.

I found a smokin deal on some AFR 225's. They have a 65cc chamber so they will up my compression to LS2 levels. between that and all the added flow I think its gonna be a huge difference. I can't wait. Best run to date is a 13.71 but I was hitting my rev limiter on shifts, weather wasnt great, and I had a ton of weight to lose. I'm pretty confident I coulda mustered a 13.5x that night without a doubt. I'm shooting for a low 13 as the truck is set up with these heads. 12's once I finally get the tranny squared away.

I freakin hope so... there aint much better out there! haha

I know they're overkill... but all the ported factory castings i was looking into were 225 and larger... i have a hard time believing this wont at the very least be as good as the best of those, outperforming most if not all, even with the 225 intake that's "too big".

If I'm gonna go NA I really need to commit to it and get the right converter and start to think about getting a better intake. I guess I have plenty of time to think about that though, this thing is gonna be a daily driver for quite some time.

Yea, the compression is going to be real nice with those heads. Can't wait to see how it does. You'll be well into the 12 with those heads and a nice converter to match.
