it's a junkyard 5.3 with just over 100,000 miles on it, gt2-3 cam, good springs/pushrods, ls9 gaskets and head studs,on a TC78,th400 with a ptc 3200 stall. 2600-2800# with him in it.

WOW it would take around 800 hp to do that. Not bad for the little 5.3. I wonder what octane he is running and how much boost.

Made 686hp on 13#. That run was on 18.5, e85,7# on footbrake. Camera guy thought he was just going to run 1/8th mile so he clipped the video at around the 1000' foot mark.
