1000 sounds about right.. things to consider are he let out at 1100ft, mph is down and there was a serious headwind. and its only the 3rd pass with the car, this bitch is gonna fly!

oakley6575, I too heard 900HP, but the as shipped - no tweaking, times impress me just as much. Too bad they're rarer than hen's teeth & $90 grand!!!

What kind of power are the 427's rumored to have? Any times for them yet?

rated by GM at 550 which is a joke... last week one went 10.1 @ 131 i think. i could be wrong on the mph.
