Stock Lightning springs, which are pretty short and stiff. I'd sure love to hear any suggestions you have!

Whats the inside diameter on those and what does the front end weigh? You need to find some tall skinny front springs that will store more energy . I have a set of GM f-body Morosso trick springs in mine ,best $100 spent on the front suspension so far.

My latests:

Tow rig went 11.34@118.6 last night, backed up by a 11.41@119.3.

Guess I should take the camper shell off now and see what it'll do...

Well, IRP told me I can't run the big block anymore on street nights (actually they told me to run slower than 11.50 or take it home) so it's for sale. I don't need to own anything I can't race. $35K for an 8-second capable street truck. It'll probably take another $5K-$6K to get it to consistently run 8s (higher stall, transbrake, intercooler, and those little odds and ends that blow your budget to hell).

With some focused weight reduction I could easily see this thing going 8.50s still driven to the track.

Testing a new turbo. This video is just kinda amusing because of the noise the tires makes...

Sweet, I have always hated you but this makes it even more unbearable!!!
Did you get out of the groove past 1/8 mile? How's the new turbo working? You put a smaller one on there right?
