killed my 4L80e . . . lost 2nd gear - wont shift under power

CRAP! ! !

The converter has 60e mounts. . . . . . Wont work with my 80e plate. . . . Trade anyone?

dont feel bad ...i have killed 2 stock with shift kits and 2 built 80e's...now i have 1 built by someone that knows what they are doing with these 80e's

actually had both...used the ls1(3 bolt)flex plate with the yank and when it went to **** and took out my tranny i went to a 6.0 (5 bolt i think)flexplate with the spacer on the circle d converter

Damn Alton i dont want to hear about blown 80E's !!!!!!

How much power you makin?

Or was it just the bad converter that destroyed them?

I was hoping doing the 80E swap would be the end all to my 60E problems.
