How much power you makin?

Or was it just the bad converter that destroyed them?

I was hoping doing the 80E swap would be the end all to my 60E problems.
the first one was great for almost a year...torengton bearings went out in the yank and took out the tranny...i had it rebuilt local twice in 3 months which was a bad idea... i let the truck sit for awhile and got a 2nd,3rd and 4th wind....lol...bought the jake performance tranny w/ t brake and bigger turbo and it's setting at the shop waiting for me to pick it up...the truck dynoed 600/600 way back and i have done alot to it since then....it's time for a change now and the truck is for sale for 13k with a tranny and turbo with 0 miles on em...

Damn i should have bought your truck and saved some work and money!

Sounds like a bad part just started a chain reaction of bad events. I have luck like that LOL.

Good luck in your next adventure. But after reading this I have more faith in my 80E as im not quite at those power levels at rear wheels, YET

Get a TCI 60E flex plate. The OEM plates don't really like power either.
