first start up after completing the install, no tune, other then my previous tune for the cam

Looks like your engine mounts are loose. Engines obviously move but not like it did though. Double check your mounts aren't loose.

yeah the driver side is loose, good eyes

What style of fuel rails you used. Arent the stock fuel rails for the L76 setup for returnless style fuel system?

yes they are check my thread in gm engine performance section of this site. But my truck is an 06. in 06 they switched to drive by wire throttle body, and i think it was 04 when they went returnless

03 went to drive by wire tb. And IIRC its 05 for returnless, but it could have been before.

i also thought it was the valve train makin all that noise, but i hadnt filled up the coolant wen i started it. filled it up and all the noise was gone. Or the lifters were not filled up with oil. But on the second start no noise, cause i was worried when i played the vid back on the computer and heard that.

yeah 3 test drives today knockin noise gone, but im overwelmed with trying to tune this set up. But a good guy on this forum is going to give me a hand.
