I think i raced one of those from a light once..but it was orange.
Nice bike.
118/113

Got me curious.. I found this on Honda's website.
A Drive-by-Wire™ throttle system and 113-hp, 16-valve i-VTEC® engine give the 2009 Civic GX its get-up-and-go. This clean natural-gas-fueled vehicle also features the latest, next-generation i-VTEC® technology, offering up more power than you'd expect from a smaller engine.

There was a time (about 15 years ago) that my bike dyno'd 109@5200 and a 115 ftlbs. and that was unheard of. We used to have annual dyno shootouts and I took home $500 every time....I have since de-tuned for reliability and only make ~90rwhp, lol.

I still have the same bottom end-Forged crank and rods, Delkron cases. I was running an Axtel cast-iron top-end (less volumetric change with heat) and JE pistons at 11.1:1 or so. Made really great power with a .625 custom ground Redshift cam with .625" lift and Accel msd ignition system.

Unfortunately I could never get the jetting perfect with the "G" carb and it would run too lean up top, costing me too much $ to maintain. Now I run Sputhe aluminum barrels and pistons, dished to lower CR to ~10:1 She runs better than she ever has...once I can get her started cold blooded old girl

Mine starts with a button, after it cranks for about 1sec.... Ya I got, oh wait its stock... Except for exhaust and filters. hehe..

I have been looking at cams for it though, there is a set that would put me at around 140-145hp so I have been thinking.... I need to leave it alone and just ride the *****.
