I like it! I think it would look great with a 2/3 drop, body color mirrors, and fully de-badged.

you can take a few cranks off the t-bars and remove the 4x4 blocks from the rear, dropping it bout 2"s...quite a few members have done that here including myself

you would be surprised how much you can de-crank those torsion bars. check out mine...its a z71 with a drop shackle and de-cranked bars (with more to crank if i wanted) . Make sure to get an alignment!!

well i am thinking of doing it today. so i take out my blocks and de-crank my torsion bars. do i need the lowering shackles? or can i just remove the blocks and will i need shorter u- bolts?

Make sure when you got to crank down the keys to jack the truck up on the frame or the front cross member, dont want to jack from the suspension at all.

Count the turns so that way it will sit level on both sides.

no you can use the factory u bolts.....you dont need shackles.....if you look at my truck you can tell the back sits about .5" lower in the back.....before the shackles it sat about level. Thats the great thing about torsion bars, you can play with it till you get it how you want it.
