Nelson's Ugly turbo kit
Went out to opening day at our 1/4 mile track to test Nelsons ugly turbo kit at 15lbs and got a good pass. Managed an 11.09 @ 120 w 1.48 60ft. The pass was full weight, pump gas with only change from street being the slicks. Next time I may try some race fuel to up the timing and also take off the 20's up front. There is pole on vid that blocks 11.09 but announcer reads it aloud.

1.48 out of an extended cab?!?!
wtf do you have going on with suspension? i am plagued with traction issues and you make it look easy. your truck is 2wd right?
your truck has come a long way. im guna make it out to pinwheel one of these days. my wife and her entire family is from odessa. they always talk about how fun pinwheel was. one of these days i want to make the long haul to see what it's all about.

I'd love to have you out here TXsilverado you would have a blast. There is a story behind the 60ft. First pass was a 1.89 then I found my caltracs were not preloaded. On the second pass I tightened them all the way but what helped me the most is that I ran right behind a dragster that left the track nice and sticky. When the prestage lights turned on I pressed both brakes and gas as hard as I could and let go when the truck moved forward. I could not replicate the 60ft again cause the prep wasn't good since it was TNT and not a racing event and they only sprayed vht once.
