I'd love to have you out here TXsilverado you would have a blast. There is a story behind the 60ft. First pass was a 1.89 then I found my caltracs were not preloaded. On the second pass I tightened them all the way but what helped me the most is that I ran right behind a dragster that left the track nice and sticky. When the prestage lights turned on I pressed both brakes and gas as hard as I could and let go when the truck moved forward. I could not replicate the 60ft again cause the prep wasn't good since it was TNT and not a racing event and they only sprayed vht once.
Congrats Manny, its only taken you a few years to get where you wanted, there for a while I thought you were going to get rid of that thing. Whether that Nelson kit is ugly or not it seems its working on your truck
Maybe if some other guys could stop burning up turbos or keep their meth injection working there'd be some other fast ugly Nelson kits

Thanks for the coments. I won't be happy until it reaches a 10 and I can 60ft hard consistantly. I honestly don't know if it will ever get a 1.48 again but I will keep trying.
I plan to run lightweight stocks in front, new hoosier 29.5x10.5x15 slicks, and lean out the tune alittle then go for another 10 sec attempt in next months 1/4 mile event.
There is another video of an 11.3 pass on photobucket when I borrowed 00z71's front tires and tried to go all out but it spun too much.
