I'd be curious to see how my set up would compare.

I have a cam with similar duration but more intake and slightly less exhaust (222/226) in an LQ9 with stock 317's, TBSS intake and ARH 1 7/8" headers. On paper it sounds like it would be pretty close. I'm wililng to bet the LQ4/243 combo pumps out a little more power than the LQ9/TBSS intake.

Hmm I bet you would make as much or more than me because of the tbss intake as long as you have a good tuner

Thats true... but the heads are worth more power than just their compression bump. They flow slightly better and have a better designed chamber.

It'd be a cool test though!

FWIW a friend of mine had his truck dyno tuned today by the same guy that tuned mine. He has 317 heads on his with a different cam and actually made 375rwhp compared to my 373rwhp and weather conditions were almost identical

Well my cluster is fubar'd but I'v got some time slips from the track I could post up. Ran a 12.6 n/a and 11.8 on the bottle
