Mine was a full bolt on L with a KB @ 15psi, it didnt matter where you hit it from in first gear it was going to blow the tires off, it would do it in 2nd around 55-60 if the weather and payment was cold enough. The only way it would hook on the streets was with slicks...

I just wanted to give an example that not all built L's around 500 have issues from a 20. Of course some don't hook. Which is why I said, depends on setup. Or should I say ENTIRE set up, but I thought thAt was understood.

IMO for the street, eaton and spray is better than a twin screw.

I agree, the twin screw sc makes crazy torque and makes it vary hard to hook, his big heads and cam dont help eaither, seems like the power dont come in till 25-30 mph. He has nitrous on it but hasnt used it yet but i think it going to be meen on the bottle. And yeah his timing is low but im not shur how low. I havent done anything to mine other then a little taller tire sence the 12.5 at 106 run, but you also have to remember are da sucks out here i bet mine would go 11s at a sea level track.

My heads/cams raised my curve. My truck was total garbage below 2100ish rpm's. But it didnt have any low end roll/dig issues. Although since my trans was going out it took 5 minutes to shift gears.

I used to spray a 150 shot. Good lord did it wake up....and detonate

Yeah im na, I think he may have come by me a bit sooner then that, I go into third and hes on top of second gear when he starts to pull, so somewere between 100 and 110 i think.
