the calculator is only going to be accurate if the torque converter is LOCKED

Good point. I thought it seemed way to high. Maybe another good reason to buy HPtuners though.

Try borrowing a GPS. That should be pretty accurate.

Thats what i use to calibrate speedometers with.
Works pretty good.
Also used it when i went 141mph
i cant remember but 3rd gear was running out of rpms fast, i think it was around 5900ish.
