hmm, i do notice a slight gear whine when nearing 0" mercury but nothing like that! At idle I can't hear anything.

wow, that dosnt seem right, but my friends procharger sounds like that at idle

thats not a TVS2300. its a HTV 2300. two different brands is not made by magnuson. Its made by Harrop engineering more popular in australia. http://www.harrop.com.au/products/superchargers.html

Well that explains it! I noticed the HTV but thought it was a typo.
