Default video from the track last friday.

this is of my 15.1 run last friday. my best of the night was a 14.5 @ 96

no traction through first. you'll hear it. then you'll hear the 1-2 squeek too.

http://www.blownonyx.com/video/151.avi

the right lane seems to not hook as good as the left lane. the track prep at SIR is **** anyway.

I bet you could run a 14.1 or 14.2 if you use stock 16" aluminum wheels with tires less than 30" in height.

A charger, headers, tune, gears and stall and only 14s? I would guess high 13s with some good traction, however the 95ish mph trap seems like low 14s is all she has. Nice sound and whine. Looks like you waited a full second after the green before you started. Im not bashing at all. Very nice ride.

oh yeah , i hear ya. tucson has a really shitty 3000 ft altitude.

i was trying to ease into it off the line so i wouldnt slip, but that didnt end up happening.

whats wierd is that i ran a 14.5 at 96mph. but then 15.1 @ 94 mph. i almost caught that vette. its wierd. i need traction.

Good run!
I hear ya on traction- last time at the track I got NO TRACTION either. My 60' was like 2.46 (ofcourse I had just put a locker and 4.56 gears in the night before so I babied it a little but still spun) but I was still able to run a 14.1 at 99.6. Do you have any drag radials? I just picked up a set of M/T ET Streets. Should hook great once I get her back from the Dr.
