Isnt there some law where you cant get in trouble for it since a cop wasnt present to verify the speed with his radar gun? Also the RAW footage link is a different car.

No,
If you film yourself doing something illegal, the footage can and will be used against you in court. It happens quite often. You never watch America's Most Wanted?

I think he means to catch you. It can be used as evidence that you do it but in order for them to actually arrest you they have to be present right? As far as traffic violations go anyway.
they can't just download a video of someone doin 80 in a 65 and then show up at their house one day and write a ticket.

Talked to a friend of mine in highway patrol and he said that it would be soo hard to find him even if he was from AZ since there are so many Lambos here. I don't even think he is from AZ.

There was an incident here about a month ago where some youths shut down the busiest freeway for a while for a sideshow (880) and got away. They posted video and the CHP had the event including plate #s and faces on video. They were pursuing arrests from what I last heard.

There are a lot of Lambo's here, but those guys looked really young. How many would be registered to guys in their 20's or early 30's.

you mean how many owner's have kids in their 20's or early 30's.

For the kids who shut down highways, they deserve to be arrested. i mean ****, go find a road no one uses. They watch too damn much F&F. shutting down the road don't mean the cops won't site you for public endangerment..
