Default 408 Denali in FL

Hey Everyone, I’m the new owner of Z286speed 04 Yukon Denali with a 408 stroker and nv4500 5 speed swap. This will be the 1st V8 I’ve owned. Wanted to thank Z286speed for the awesome time we had in Washington D.C and giving us a tour of the monuments at night, super cool guy. I’m extremely excited to continue the build, the truck has great bones and will be my daily driver/tow rig for my other project car. My other project car is a 1993 Mazda Rx7 single turbo “V”mount intercooler setup, Its mostly a street car maybe will see some track time.

Bad *** man. Just curious what did you pick it up for? Trying to gauge what these trucks are worth with a manual trans so I can talk my self into buying some parts.

None of them are worth *that much. It's a labor of love and utility at this point considering the age of this gen truck

Cars and trucks are worth what people are willing to pay for them. If there’s a bigger scene of aftermarket enthusiasts for the specific vehicle that will generally make the vehicle easier to sell and more valuable then building something no one knows or cares about. Its good to see some people with similar taste and interest. I personally think a manual trans ls powered truck or suv is just rad. Cool points for sure in my book.

Manual swapped or not, you're pushing even asking 10k these days. I wouldn't say that's valuable, except to the owner.

They might be worth what someone is willing to pay, but I can assure most of us feel our trucks are worth more to us than 8-10k in the bank would be
