Hey all -

Just joined the forum. Central Florida homebase. Been daily driving my restored 69 C10 for 5 years. Have put 20k miles on the truck just this year in a FL-CA-FL trip with my 5 year old son and then up to Maine and back. Original 307 with HO 416 heads and 700r4 has made this a great cruiser that turns heads everywhere.

Also have 93 s10 2.8l with only 50k miles in pristine condition that my 16 year old is driving.

Working on a 6.0 build (L96) for the c10 and also have a 4.8l (L20) rebuild for the S10 ongoing. After these wrap it will be on to next project which is a 72 K5 sitting in Grandpa's garage. Both builds are for daily driving / cruising with some power to have fun with.

I have rebuilt 3 SBCs (307 / 327/ 383) in current and previous vehicles. First time doing LS with current projects.

Looking forward to gleaning some truck specific insights...
