have new rebuilt engine, cams, heads,rear end ect. i have been reading a lot
looking info how to make this litle engine scream

First and foremost, welcome to PT. Your are now part of an awesome forum full of knowledge. Use the search button and most of your questions can be answered. If you can dream it, someone here has done it.
Your engine build is only limited by your budget. Can you release a few more details about your truck? Like for example;

"I drive a 2004 GMC Sierra 2wd, Extended cab, 4.8L 4l60e, 3.73 gears, all stock. My budget is around...$5000. I plan on daily driving this truck. I want it to be fast and reliable...can you help me with a build up?"
This should start the knowledge flowing in.

Default what stall for my cam?

4.8 Lr4 Heads,225/229 581/591 114lsa patriot,3.73, Nelson tune done in my truck daily driver suggestions?

With that big *** cam in a 4.8, UM... IMO Minimum 3000. Probably want to go around 34-3600.
