Default Speaker box!!!!!

whats the difference between a bed liner seal speaker box and a carpet speaker box? which one is better?!? thanks!

Wrong place to post this... however...

A bed liner sealed box uses roll on bed liner on the interior of the box to keep the sound waves in and seal the seams of the box. A carpeted speaker box has carpet on the outside of the box to make it not look like a wood box.

Everyone's ears hear different, so everything sounds a little different to everyone, so it's really personal opinion. I've always used 5/8" MDF to build my boxes and sealed with RTV.

As stated. One has carpet on it and the other has plastic ryno lining on it. Whichever looks better to you is best.

but the liner is on the outside, not inside.
