There's a few LS1 F-bodies running 200 around here and have been for a while. Safe tune, good fuel, and progressive controller to take some stress off parts.

IIRC N20 outlet sells 2 stage plate kits, each stage is good for 200, you could run a 100 on each stage.

would a progressive controller or a 2 stage plate be better?

IMO progressive controllers are easier on parts.

ive sprayed a 200 shot several times with no issues at all granted i have an LQ9 but its just a bolt-on only LQ9.

I tend to stick to a 150 just becuase i spray it all the time and i dont want to refill my bottles that often.

Are you going to be spraying while running e85? your jetting is going to be different and i'm not sure about the fuel solenoid liking the ethanol, iirc NX has a special solenoid for ethanol. I'd make sure you look into that.

As stated, F body guys are spraying down 200 more often than you might think. The keys to their success are; having a good tune with solid A/F and timing, cold plugs, and a fuel system set-up fully capable of feeding the kit(s) and then some.

2 stages or spraying progressively may be a better option for you than one 200 hit with stock internals and a suspect trans.
