Your vette servo will help a lil. Not spraying through the shifts just puts less strain on the clutch packs or sumthing like that. Spraying under 3k is so if you lose traction, you lose good air flow which can lead to puddling ,which can lead to BOOM . At the track on slicks I spray out the hole

I've used window switches, sprayed after the one/two shift, sprayed out the gate, cut off the spray manually before shifts, and sprayed the entire pass...........it's never mattered for me. I've had a transmission go out in every situation possible. No way to get around the fact that 4l60es are timebombs. Please no stories about how some freak 4l60e has stayed in a truck forever and it can't be broken, etc. Send it to me, I'll install it, and send you the internals back in an envelope.
