Default AFR formula for nitrous?

anybody ever seen this?

Target A/F Ratio = [(engine hp / total hp) x 13] + [(nitrous hp / total hp) x 7]

Huh thats pretty cool. Did a rough guesstimate on my truck and it puts me at 11.8 afr. Right now mine runs 12.4 n/a and with the jets harris speedworks says to use it drops it to 10.9 afr on a 100 shot. Guess i need a smaller fuel jet to lean it out a bit more
