Go for it!! Make sure u pull at least 8 degrees of timing for that and a little race fuel. Here is what happened on 4 degrees of timing.

It exploded and cought fire!! but i did get alot of passes on the 200 shot. Backed down to a 150 shot and only lost .2 off my et oin the quarter.

There was a guy around Plano/Dallas about 2 years ago? spraying a 225 on a bolt on 4.8 in an ECSB. There was a video of him pulling a cammed/bolt on Camaro from a 50 roll by a car and holding it til 125 or so. It was pretty cool.

Yea, it will hold, from what I hear the 4.8's will turn like hell, I spray 200 on a stock bottom end 5.3 except the rod bolts, I just like the assurance. My cousin has a 2000 silvy with a 4.8 and I'm about to install my lingenfelter gt 2-3 cam in it and we're gonna put 250 on it and try to send it on its way to heaven, if it holds tha, we'll for sure put more on it!

My kit is a NX wet kit, but I've upgraded to a Nitrous outlet plate, and yes it's a wet shot, I have a single stage plate thait is said to be capable of 400HP
