Default Big nitrous back fire=bent valve, Need HELP

I had a nitrous back fire out racing the other night,it happened right before the end of the quarter,am i running my fuelrail and fuel line dry ? It busted the air filter and bent a intake valve on #1 cylinder,that sparkplug was messed up and #5,Any help would be good,i may have had a little much timing after 3600 rpm its 22-23 degrees,im using a .083 nitrous jet,a little about my setup

1999 Silverado 2wd ECSB,weighs 4700#'s with me
LQ9 6.0
Ported L92 heads
ARP rod bolts,stock shortblock
L92 intake,fast 90mm throttle body
AR94 plugs
headers,3"y-pipe,single 3"muffler and tailpipe
Comp cam 581/598,224/234,112
3800 fti converter,built 4L60
3.73 gears
Single Walbro 340 fuel pump in tank
All stock fual line,L92 fuelrail
with 99 corvette fuel filter that hooks to fuelrail and stock feed and return line,and i also have the factory inline filter

wow! that's a man shot. definitely too much timing. what was your bottle pressure? what fuel jet are you using?

So is that a 200ish shot? Also is that a wet or dry system?

.083 N is around a 265hp shot. Definatly too much timing. Im gonna say start at around 10-13* total timing, log the run and go from there. With that much timing at 23* I bet you were hitting knock retard like no other.

WOW!

FYI, on my 200 shot on a built 408, I ran 13* of timing. You must read plugs to dial in the timing on that sized shot.

what size injectors? sounds like you may have been running out of fuel on the top end

WOW THAT"S ALOT OF TIMING, I'm on a 150hp wet and i'm runnin 16*!!!!!

And that's a big shot dry!!!

out of curisoty in which way is the nitrous deleivered? plate or nozzle?

Could have lean spiked too. One guy here runs Tr6 plugs, 26 deg timing on a 175 hit out of the hole and has no issues. Looking to bump to 200 and put timing at 21 deg. AFR is about 12.4 on the big end.
