I run 31* timing, but im only using a 52n 29f for 11.8afr

Timing is relative to the engine and efficiency of the chamber...there is no set mark that is right or wrong. Reading the plugs is the only way to know where you stand. silver-mod-o, I like the AFR you described however the TR-6 plugs are not the ideal plug (I am sure you and the owner of that truck are aware). I have read where some of the N2O guru's are running 5* of advance and AFR's in the 13's because that is what the plug is telling them. Check out yellowbullit dot com for some great nitrous talk.

This would cause a rich condition wouldn't it. I'm more opted to say it's too much timing and maybe poor delivery across the cylinders.

unless trying to cram that much nitrous through that size line made the spray pattern coming out of the plate funky, and not evenly distributing the n20

Indeed it will as you state. The feed line size was just a quick side conversation. I feel the timing / plug choice is the root cause as well.
