Blow down tube with bottle under back seat?
#13
That's not from lack of a blowdown tube. All bottles are/should be equipped with a safety release disk. Most are rated at 3000 psi or so. All a blowoff tube does is route the nitrous in case the pressure goes super high. The tube itself won't prevent any kind of explosion.
That car was either from an exploded bottle or more likely a fire from the bottle heater being left on.

Some guy on tech said he left his heater on and the bottle emptied into his car going down the highway. He said he had the door open hanging out to see where he was going as he was slowing down and pulling off.

Pull the carpet back and you should find a rubber drain plug in either side cab corner, slit it and poke the tube through. you may have to take the seat out to get the carpet up.

I have mine under the seat going front to back though. Thats the best way to mount the bottle anyway opposed to sideways. My blow down tube goes thru the floor. Also much easier to open the bottle from the drivers seat!
