Little bit of a rich tune + Nitrous = pretty flames....mines likes to put on a show too.

Its raw fuel getting into youre exaust and cant burn untill it gets oxygen at the end of the pipe just like NASCAR.

its normal. the nitrous helps the raw fuel ignite in the exhaust. If you get behind someone that is running rich without nitrous and they floor it, every time they shift you'll see raw fuel shoot out the pipe.
