Default FPSS problems-

I have the NOS FPSS and it said it came stock set- to 35psi well i put it in tonight and as soon as i punch it nothing so i check out the FPSS and with the car on check the voltage through the FPSS, no voltage on the side of the solenoids, so WTF gives, my stock Fuel pressure is 60psi and i supposedly have it set to 35psi so how can i adjust it plz

There should be a rubber cap on the end. Pull it off and there is an adjustment screw in there.
