Default Fuel system for 300+ shot

Ok guys, need some input here. Gonna be running a doublecross plate setup and spraying a 300 shot (possibly 400). This will be a full return fuel setup, Magnafuel 625 pump (good for 1500hp), -10 feed line. Do I need to run a separate regulator for the nitrous fuel feed, or can I just run a fuel block to feed the rails and the nitrous fuel solenoid, all at 45psi?

I've been consulting with a nitrous guy who's pretty big in the Mopar world, problem is, he only works with carb'd applications. He can flow check my plate and recommend jettings for me, but only for 8-10psi, carb pressure. He suggested I just run a separate regulator for the nitrous fuel supply and run it at 10psi. Anyone doing this? I figure you guys have a lot more experience with nitrous and EFI, so I thought I'd check over here. Thanks!

Ok, I know you guys are mostly LSx folks, but fuel is fuel, someone out there has to have done a serious fuel setup. Anyone? Bueller?

Most people running big shots use a dedicated fuel system with like 110 octane in it. Post this on ls1tech and see what you get.

If it were me, I'd definitely run a stand alone fuel system. Cell in the bed with 110+ in it. What FPR do you plan on running?

Yeah, I'm gonna go with a standalone pump and regulator for the nitrous, altho I might just run it off of the 15gal cell I'm installing to make it easier. I have a Paxton FPR on my current return setup that's left over from when I had the blower. Not sure what FPR I'll use for the nitrous side.

Run a 1 or 2 gal cell, and dead head the pump with a FPR of your choice set to 8-10psi, thus you can run 110 when spraying nitrous for more timing and not waste it burning it through the motors injectors. I have done it on a couple peoples vehicles, a couple have been running for 3-4 years now with no problems. I used the cheapo blue edelbrock pump and regulator. And a jazz fuel cell I believe was the brand name.

Bad360, I would suggest talking to Nitro Daves they have been a great help in the kits Ive setup and know alot more then I do about this stuff and they have great prices to boot. Sounds like a badass setup you have int he works. I know this is a predominantly a GM site but post up your results Im interested to see what a stout nitrous setup in a light truck can do.
