Hidden nitrous ...
#13
How are you injecting it? Stock truck intake or aftermarket. Need more details, I talked with the guys at Nitro Daves a while back and they had some pretty good ideas and a cool setup for the truck manifold.

One of the slickest setups I have seen is putting the lines in rubber fuel hose. Nitrous Daves can spray bar the bottom of your intake. Bottom line if someone whos knows what they are looking for is trying to find the nitrous on your truck he is going to find it. I guarantee you no matter how you hid it I could find it. All you got to do is find where it is being injected and then you can trace everything from there. Only so many places it can be introduced into you intake tract

i ran the feed line in the pass frame rail then pulled the plastic fender well back and ran the line through the fender. it will lay down in there out of site. then put the solinoid (sp) in the fender and ran the line from it into the airbox. i did put some loom on the feed line in the fender cuz there is a opening and i wanted to make sure the stainless vas not visible. the only hard part about it is in the middle of the fender there is some foam that u have to push through. the line entered the cab behind the pass seat through a hole in the floor that is already there but has a filler in it. i had a sub box in the truck and sat the bottle beside it and covered it with a black towel. with the box there most people did not think there was room back there. the only line you could see was then it left the fraim rail and went in the cab and like stated earlier some flat black paint took care of that. this of coarse was a dry shot. hope this helps

I had my bottle in my S-10 (4.3Vortec) hidden in a trapdoor space in the bottom of the bed where the spare used to be (I used a cheapo plastic tool box, cannibalized for the mission) and the door was under the bed liner... the bottle was impossible to find. The lines, I took the line and ran it through normal rubber hose (like 1/2 ID) and run it under the truck up to the engine bay, and ran it into the back of the air box (heavily modded) so that it would still work right.... 1 person found it, but I wasnt about to race his S/C C5 anyhow... but he found it. No one else ever did.... until I purged at them... (That was very cleverly hid...) I used the reflectors on the rear fenders and took out one of the screws that held it on, epoxy'd it so it would stay there, and ran the purge line out that hole about 1/8th inch... No one ever figured that out till it was too late either. Hide solenoids in innocent looking plastic containers (make sure they're dirty) Hope that helped.
