How Much Nitrous Can I spray???????????
My Cousin has a 90 Chevy that has a 350 engine in it and he wants to know what how big of a shot he can run. The engine has 120k on it. He wants to spray a 50 dry shot but if he can do more he wants to do a 75 shot. Would his truck be able to handle it? What fuel upgrades if any will he need? Any help will be greatly apprecitated.

On a stock '90 TBI 350 a dry 50hp shot won't work. It would ping like hell. A wet plate on a good engine is recommended up to 150hp with stock timing. That would double the engines output.

Looks pretty good to get him going. Later on he'll probably like a bottle heater and a pressure gauge. A constant 900psi gives the most consistant results. In case he doesn't know, TBI uses about 13psi fuel pressure not 43psi like EFI so he'll need to use a bigger fuel jet. I saw they have a calculator on that site to figure it. Have fun.
