please please please, use the search button or even scroll down a few posts, this question is answered atleast once a week it seems like....
if your engine is well taken care of and you do it right, it will handle 150 wet shot,i suggest getting it tuned for it tho. you'll also have to change the spark plugs. your tranny and rear end will not like you tho. Harris speed, and nitrous outlet both offer superior products at a great price. the perfered method would be a wet plate kit but you could also go with a regular wet nozzle.

the engine can handle a lot of nitrous. 200+shot but there are several things that need to be done to hit it that hard.
most people say a 125shot is pretty safe. all you really need to run a 125 is a quality kit with the safety stuff like window switch, wot switch.
to go 150shot you would need to watch your fuel presure along with watching the tune, probably want to pull some timing. might consider better fuel around here.
175shot or larger will definatly need a fuel pump, better fuel, tuning, close eye on the scan tool. might consider a 2stage kit or progresive kit at this level and up.
i used nitrous for years with no problems but then smoked a motor with a simple stuck noid when i was set up for a pidly 50shot. my point is even when your careful you can break something. it nice that these motors are cheap.

150 shot will do what you need.
should take at least 1 second off your 1/4 mile time with a 150.. i would def upgrade your fuel pump though, you already have 350-380 rwhp there... i think the stock pump is rated to a bit over 400 rwhp.. you will be way over that with a healthy shot.
