Default spraying '07 tahoe

Looking into spraying my tahoe with a 75 dry shot and use a HSW microedge to control it along with HSW Interface to pull the timing backs some...I really only want to run the spray when on the highway for additional passing power all other times I would be running n/a. Does this simple system sound like it would fit my needs?? I am new to the nitrous game so any comments/critism is welcome. Thanks.

The best answer I can give you is.
That is the dumbest idea I have ever heard. Unless you are racing and need to a push to pass like they have in F1 then don't waist you money. If you want more passing power then chip, cam, gears. Anything but nitrous will help you out.

Ya chipping it is always a good option

Obviously if you looked at his sig you'd know he already has some mods.

My opinion is that it is not a good idea to install and use a nitrous kit only to pass someone on the highway. What size wheels and tires are you running?

Scott, tires are 305/55/20(33x12.5)

Dumb idea..to each their own...will it accomplish what was originally posted?? My thoughts are yes...this is just a temporary fix as I finish my FI set-up.

The wheel weight and tire size is killing you I'm sure. Any why do you want to be able to pass people on the highway so bad? You should be able to do that pretty well already, especially after hearing the stories about a certain tuned stock 07 tahoe beating lightnings on the highway (still waiting on that video )

Certainly you're not talking about me...I'd like to see that too.

As far as the tire/rim weight I know its hurting me some...the reason for its use is both for highway and 2 lane backroads...Looking for that extra hit when passing someone and the passing zone is too short or they speed up as soon as you pull into the other lane...same with the highway...get behind that person who will not get out of the passing lane no matter what, yet as soon as you change lanes to pass they nail it. This should help with that I would hope...shoot maybe even a 50 shot would do it.

Dont you have to be in WOT to inject the shot? Seems kinda skechy when passing someone. I think youll be fine with the LTs and the BB tune.

?
I must have been so stunned at the question that chip went through my mind. I have a BB tune so i would never mean to tell someone to chip there truck.

I didn't look at his sig because I was trying to be nice and needed out of the thread.
