my local radioshack was a no go. what amperage do i need? i seen on the resistors that they did have, had different amperage

I dont know about the amps on it, but 330 ohm resistors were at my radio shack. I bet they could order in you some. if you look at the chart, any resistor on that chart will work. i chose a temp setting I will not hit. i remember the ones I got are bigger than the normal ones.

dude i really appreciate the offer...i think i'll head to a bigger city tomorrow and hope for more selection. the reason i asked on the amperage because each ohm i seen had atleast two different amperage selections

humm, IIRC just look for the bigger body ones, and they are like .5amps, to 1.0 amps. It really should not matter, it doesnt have any amps running thru it.

sorry i found it. it was wattage, not amps. That was throwing me off. here ya go 330ohm 1/2watt
