Has anyone bought and installed this kit on a 99-02 truck with DBC 78mm throttle body? I ran into about FOUR problems.

This picture shows how the cruise control cable rubs the nitrous line. And if the line was where it is designed to be, the cruise control cable connector would hit it before WOT.

In this picture, yes it tucks in nicely to the alternator bracket, but it's not enough. There is no wiggle room when I try to hook the line up to the solenoid. I could cut the line some, but even then the fitting on the solenoid still hits the alternator bracket.

Oh yea, the fuel solenoid interferes with the coolant crossover hose. There's not even enough room to get a bolt through the solenoid mounting bracket.

Hello Mr. Water Pump. This photo pretty much explains itself. The nitrous line runs straight into the water pump outlet...

I also had to cut about a quarter inch off the end of the fuel line to keep it from rubbing the alt bracket.

I'm still unsure what to do with the nitrous side and the purge solenoid. May order some tube and bend my own hard line.

To the guys at Nitrous Outlet, you should at least remove the 78mm truck specific kits from your website until you get time to re-plumb the hard lines. You may also want to move the solenoids closer together on the bracket so the are further away from the water pump and coolant crossover.

I had some problems with mine too. mine was a tbss intake on the nbs motor. They kinda need the trucks there for mock up.

They NEED the trucks there for mock up. What did you do for the nitrous line? Assuming it was hitting your water pump like mine.

Looks like you had it a bit easier than me, oh well... I'm thinking about bending a new hard line in front of the throttle body so it clears the cruise cable too. Either that or just throw on a braided hose. But that would be mis-match and look like .
