NO will fix you up on the black hoses and everything

I ran one of NO's first plates and loved it! hated that i sold that thing now..

A nozzle will work, but a plate works better.

I wouldnt let wanting black hoses stop me from gettign a kit. I have all braided stainless line, but you can use 1/2" heat shrink on -4an lines, and you cannot even tell. Also I would get a zex tps & msd window switch, and wire them through a relay to come on. Its error proof and easier on your tranny. I have wiring diagrams if you need help

Thought I would add my experiences.
90,xxx mile 03 5.3 DBW 4l60 stock converter, 3.50 gear, on 26" tire at 3800lbs(malibu swap). Single NX shark nozzle 150 off rail went from 13.40 NA to 12.2x. Got more serious, standalone fuel system w/110 octane gas, 2 NX nozzles 125+150 went 11.54. These are with horible 1.9x 60' times and would haze the tires a little on spray about 100' out in 1st and after the shift. A huge word of caution: DBW closes the throttle plate if you hit the rev limiter. My nitrous is activated with a NOS dual window switch but I got greedy once and jetted for 325 and bumped the cut off to 5800 with a 6200 rev limiter and a 6000 shift. The trans flared on the 2-3 shift and hit the rev limiter, BIG nitrous intake explosion! blew the 3" plug out of the manifold, melted off 4ground straps, shredded silicon elbow and balloned air filter. All 150 shot off of rail w/tr6 plugs, 2stage on 7 heat range plugs. Truck intake, truck manifolds, 02-04 Z06 cam/springs, 3" Magnaflow mufflers. I shake my head in disbelief evertime I read a magazine feature car with a $20,000 big block that runs mid 12's!

So I guess I should turn the DBW limiter off in the tune when running the nitrous. Good to know.
