I'm just going to put the passenger O2 in the down pipe with the wideband. Yes, it will be reading both banks, but oh well.
This works as I have mine set up like that but I really hate it for tuning. Yea, lambda 1 shows on the wideband in closed loop but I always wonder what is actually happening in each cylinder. I always feel like one bank is actually pretty lean, while the other bank is equally as rich. So fueling is only correct in all cylinders at WOT. But that is just how I think about it, don't know if its true or not.

this is exactly what i worry about. Even if you were to put a bung in the turbo manifold, its still getting feed from the driver manifold mixed in with the pass so really its hard to say if moving it from downpipe to in the manifold would change it much

Yes, but can you actually do anything about a bank leaner than the other? I can see it for diagnosing something but I'm not sure if I've seen anything in HPTuners about specific fueling like that.

Started on the down pipe tonight. It's fitting way better than I expected. I am kind if hung up right now because I forgot to order some 4" v bands.

I ordered all 180* bends from www.madrel-bends.com to cut for whatever angle I would need.

Not much to report on lately. Just heat wrapped some important stuff by the turbo and marked the wastegate tube for where to cut. I plan on getting that cut and start on the rest of the wastegate tubing today. I also extended the heater hoses and routed them out and around.

I got the wastegate piping mostly done today. Just need to go to my friends house to plasma cut an opening in the down pipe to dump it back in.

Cut down the tube off of my manifold.

And there it is. I need to heat wrap a few more things that I thought would be further away.

hey did you pull off the extender on the oil fill? mine has that stupid extension that is like 1/4 from the turbo. I see yours is just straight on the valve cover

Yeah, you have to wrench it with your hand pretty hard to unlock it. There are threads like the cap, but a lot of notches to get past as you loosen it. That's why it doesn't turn when you pull the cap. Just unscrew it, took me a little to figure it out.
